Shipping & Returns

Home Grown Okie carries a limited number of each style
of tee on our awesome site. That means we can’t guarantee
an exact style-for-style exchange. Fortunately for you, we
have loads of amazing designs to choose from. We will issue
store credit direct to your email.

 

We want to make that whole online ordering process as easy
as apple pie, so we will do whatever we can to make sure your
return and exchange are stress-free, hassle-free, and gluten-free
(everything else is gluten-free nowadays, why not our
return/exchange policy?).

 

That said, we do have a few simple rules for returns:

·         Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
and are only eligible for store credit.

·         We will only accept unworn and unwashed returns
that have all original tags attached.

·         All sale or discount items are FINAL; therefore,
they are not eligible for return.

·         If returning or exchanging an item, the customer
is responsible for the shipping costs back to us unless it is
an error caused by Home Grown Okie, LLC. Mistakes???
What? Us?? Ok…it happens. Especially on days when we are
sleep-deprived, caffeine-deprived, and chocolate-deprived.

·         Please note: Home Grown Okie, LLC is not
responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to
track your package. 

 

Once we’ve received your return, please allow 5 to 7 business
days for your store credit to be issued via email.
